Where it started.
SourcingPick receives goods in Guangzhou, checks them, consolidates them and ships them from Nansha port to Europe. The public site describes a warehouse in Baiyun and ocean departures. France comes first, then the rest of Europe and French-speaking Africa.
No supplier yet: agents search, compare and negotiate. The quote is priced line by line, and nothing moves without approval.
What had to be solved.
Make every step between the factory and the ship visible, without invented reviews or a frozen freight price. Freight changes every week: the product has to show real quotes, photos and documents, not a promise.
From scoping to go-live.
The INAIRIS method applied to this project: every step approved by the client before moving on.
The web client space carries the request, the detailed quote, electronic signature, the deposit, invoices, photos and videos, messaging with the agent, and a notification each time the status changes.
Six statuses follow: request, quote, deposit, receiving and check, loading, in transit. The iOS and Android apps are marked as still being built: the web app is open. The site runs in French, English and Chinese.
What shipped.
The product is in production at sourcingpick.com. The public scope: the Guangzhou → Nansha → Europe chain, optional sourcing, and the client space. Freight prices and the service fee are SourcingPick's own published terms, with logistics quoted per shipment.
Facts from the shipped product, not an estimated business result.
