01 · Context

Where it started.

Melrys is in production at melrys.fr. The product has two ways in: form a company, or arrive already registered and start the accounting.

Formation covers the French sole proprietorship, the SASU and the EURL. Bylaws are drafted and signed in the account. The file goes to the one-stop registry, and the extract comes back inside Melrys.

02 · The challenge

What had to be solved.

Hold formation, day-to-day accounting and invoicing in one account, with a dedicated accountant, without mixing companies or granting write access to the bank.

03 · What we did

From scoping to go-live.

The INAIRIS method applied to this project: every step approved by the client before moving on.

Tracked live in DevPulse

The bank connects read-only, through an approved provider: nobody can send a transfer from Melrys. Receipts are dropped in and attached to the matching movements. VAT, corporate tax and the local business tax are prepared in the product, as are the annual accounts and the tax bundle.

Quotes, invoices and credit notes live in the same account. Security follows an ISO 27001 certification effort, marked as in progress: it is not presented here as a certificate already obtained.

04 · Results

What shipped.

Melrys is live. The public scope: sole-proprietor, SASU and EURL formation, accounting with no lock-in, quotes and invoices. The service prices are those on melrys.fr, not an INAIRIS squad fee.
