01Purpose
These terms apply to anyone who visits inairis.com or uses the DevPulse client space, published by Hangzhou Qiyuan Ying Technology Information Co., Ltd. under the INAIRIS brand. Using the website or DevPulse means you accept these terms.
02The website
The website presents our services, our work and how we operate. This information is not an offer: our services are priced on quote.
No payment is made on the website or in DevPulse.
03Access to DevPulse
DevPulse is reserved for people invited to a project by INAIRIS. Accounts are created by the INAIRIS administrator; each role (client, squad, project lead, editor) only accesses what concerns it.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us immediately at contact@inairis.com if your account is used without your permission.
04Using DevPulse
DevPulse is used to follow your project: planning, deliverables to test and approve, decisions, requests, documents and invoices.
You agree to upload only lawful content, not to try to access data that is not meant for you and not to disrupt the service.
05Your content
The content you add to DevPulse (comments, requests, documents) remains yours. You allow us to use it only to run your project.
06Availability
We do our best to keep the website and DevPulse available, without guaranteeing permanent availability. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or updates.
07Account suspension
An account may be suspended if it is used against these terms or when the project ends. Your data remains available on request at contact@inairis.com.
08Intellectual property
The website, DevPulse, their texts, visuals and the platform code belong to the publishing company. The code developed for your project is governed by your quote and contract.
09Personal data
How we process your data is described in the privacy policy.
10Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise. Any question: contact@inairis.com.
