01Data controller

02Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and the description of your project, plus, if you provide them, your company name, your phone number, the type of project and your preferred start date.
This information is used only to reply to you about your project. We process it with your consent, given by ticking the dedicated box, and keep it no longer than necessary.
03DevPulse client portal
For people who have a DevPulse account, we process account information (name, email address, role) and project content (deliverables, decisions, requests, documents, invoices).
This data is used to provide the service: project tracking, approvals, email notifications and access security. It is kept for as long as needed to provide the service.
04Who can access your data
The INAIRIS team, for what it needs. In DevPulse, each role only sees what concerns it.
Our technical providers, solely to run the service: Hostinger (server hosting the website, DevPulse and their data) and Resend (sending emails).
We do not sell or rent your data.
05Where your data is processed
The INAIRIS team works from Benin and the company is established in China; the data is stored on our server rented from Hostinger. Your data may therefore be accessed or stored outside your country.
06Cookies
The site sets no audience-measurement or advertising cookies.
DevPulse only uses technical cookies that it needs to work: “devpulse_session” keeps you signed in (7 days at most) and “devpulse_project” remembers the open project until you close your browser. They are not used for any tracking.
07Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@inairis.com.
